Increasing Customer Satisfaction with Software Demos & Tutorials for Delivery on CD-ROM & the Web

Perseus wanted to increase customer satisfaction with regards to their suite of Survey Solutions software packages. To reach this goal, DreamLight created a set of informational tutorials that walk the user through the functionality of each particular software product. We produced two versions of the tutorials, one for shipping with the products on CD-ROM and one for use on-line on their web site.
